Refund policy

All products sold through GenerativeMedia.Club are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for each order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from what was displayed on our website, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund. To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@generativemedia.club with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defective or damaged product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with next steps. In most cases, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Print Quality

Because our products are printed on demand, minor variations in color between your screen and the physical product may occur. This is inherent to the printing process and does not constitute a defect. However, if the print quality is clearly poor (blurry, misaligned, or significantly wrong colors), we will treat this as a defect.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. However, because our products are custom-made to order, this right does not apply once production has begun, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), which exempts goods made to the consumer's specifications.

Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we may be unable to cancel orders once submitted. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production starts.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
